Solutions
Three solution types, by heating target
Liquid, gas and turnkey systems. Fix the heating target first, then power and construction — selection becomes much clearer.
Liquid Heating Solutions
Liquid Heating
Heating water, oil, acid/caustic solutions, cleaning fluids and high-viscosity media. The key is material selection, surface-load control and mounting method.
- Sheath selected by corrosivity: 304 / 316L / titanium / Incoloy / PTFE coating
- Surface load 4–8 W/cm² for water, 2–4 W/cm² for oil, one step lower for high-viscosity media
- Low-level protection interlocked with the heating circuit to prevent dry firing
- Draft tubes on large tanks reduce top-bottom temperature difference
Flanged Immersion Heater
HYF Series
A bundle-type immersion heater with a standard flange mounting interface, suited to pressurized vessels and high-power process heating, and withdrawable as a complete assembly for service.
- Power
- 3 – 500 kW
- Temp
- Ambient – 600°C
Screw Plug Immersion Heater
HYS Series
A compact heater that screws into the vessel wall; the small bore suits low- to medium-power tanks and pipe tracing.
- Power
- 0.5 – 36 kW
- Temp
- Ambient – 400°C
Inline Circulation Heater
HYC Series
Inline vessel heating—medium flows through continuously and heats up, integrating temperature control, over-temperature protection, and flow interlock for turnkey connection to piping.
- Power
- 6 – 300 kW
- Temp
- Ambient – 350°C
Gas & Radiant Heating Solutions
Air & Radiant Heating
Ducts, ovens, drying lines and surface curing. Gas-side heat transfer is low, so fins must extend the area and air velocity must be controlled.
- Duct cross-section velocity 5–12 m/s with staggered elements to hold ΔT within ±5°C
- Finned tubes give 4–8× the area of a bare tube; use 8 mm+ fin pitch for dusty air
- Infrared suits films, coatings and plastics at a 150–400 mm mounting distance
- Dual over-temperature protection: PID control plus independent limit cutoff
Finned Tubular Heating Element
HYF-T Series
Fins wound/welded over the bare tube extend heat-transfer area 4–8×—the preferred structure for gas heating.
- Power
- 0.5 – 20 kW
- Temp
- Ambient – 550°C
Duct Air Heater
HYD Series
Heating section inside rectangular or round ducts, with over-temperature protection and SCR control for continuously adjustable outlet temperature.
- Power
- 3 – 600 kW
- Temp
- Outlet air temperature ≤ 300°C
Medium-Wave Infrared Heater
HYI Series
Radiant heating directly to the workpiece surface—fast heat-up, low thermal inertia—for coating drying and plastic forming.
- Power
- 0.5 – 6 kW/element
- Temp
- Element surface 600 – 900°C
Turnkey Control & Explosion-Proof Systems
Control & Ex-proof
Heater, sensors, control panel and protection circuits delivered as one unit — on site you only connect piping and power.
- SCR continuous control for smooth inrush and ±0.5°C accuracy
- Multi-zone independent control, 1–12 loops, Modbus to central control
- Flameproof enclosure Exd IIB T4 / IIC T6 for Zone 1 and Zone 2
- Factory-tested for insulation, hi-pot, ground continuity and interlocks
Inline Circulation Heater
HYC Series
Inline vessel heating—medium flows through continuously and heats up, integrating temperature control, over-temperature protection, and flow interlock for turnkey connection to piping.
- Power
- 6 – 300 kW
- Temp
- Ambient – 350°C
Explosion-Proof Temperature Control Panel
HYP Series
Flameproof enclosure integrating temperature control, protection, and power distribution for petrochemical, oil & gas, and other explosive environments.
- Power
- 5 – 200 kW
- Temp
- Controlled object ≤ 600°C
SCR Power Control Panel
HYP-S Series
Phase-angle or zero-crossing control with continuously adjustable output, reducing grid inrush and temperature fluctuation.
- Power
- 10 – 400 kW
- Temp
- Controlled object ≤ 1000°C
Delivery
Where does turnkey delivery end?
Clear scope means fewer disputes on site. Below is our default supply and service scope.
| Item | Scope of Supply | Customer Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Thermal calculation & selection | Medium data review, power calculation, construction advice | Provide accurate operating data |
| Equipment | Heater, terminal chamber, sensors, documentation | Reserve the mounting opening and support bracket |
| Control panel | Internal components, wiring, factory testing | Provide incoming power and power cable to the equipment |
| Site commissioning | Engineer visit available (extra cost) | Provide lifting, scaffolding and test medium |
| Warranty & spares | 12-month warranty, long-term wear-part supply | Operate per manual and clean regularly |
