Product Overview
The HYD series comprises a steel-plate frame, insulation, a finned-element bank, and a junction box, flanged to the field duct. The inner frame is heat-treated and the outer wall stays ≤50°C. Elements are staggered in layers along the airflow to keep cross-section temperature uniform and avoid the channel effect of a hot center and cool edges.
Power is calculated from airflow and inlet/outlet differential: P(kW) = airflow(m³/h) × ΔT(°C) × 1.2 / 3600, then ×1.15 safety factor. Below 5 m/s, reduce surface load or add area, or element surface temperature may exceed design.
Control includes two-level over-temperature protection: level 1 uses PT100 feedback for PID regulation; level 2 uses an independent high-limit cutout that directly opens the contactor. An airflow switch interlocks with the fan—fan stop cuts power. For precise control, an SCR cabinet varies output continuously with temperature error, avoiding cycling and contactor wear.
