Common Questions Before You Inquire
What information is needed for a quote?
At minimum: the medium name, initial and target temperature, required power or heat-up time, vessel/pipe dimensions and mounting method, and power supply conditions (voltage, phases). The more complete the information, the more accurate the quote.
How long does custom design take?
Standard models usually ship in 7-15 business days; custom designs require technical confirmation and drawings first, with an overall lead time of about 20-35 business days, subject to the technical agreement.
Do you support export and English documentation?
Yes. Products are exported to 32 countries and we can provide English nameplates, manuals, explosion-proof certificates and packing lists.
