Houyi Technology was founded in 2009 and is located in JiangsuYancheng, specializing in R&D and manufacturing of industrial electric heaters and temperature control systems. From a single heating element to complete heating units, our products are exported to 32 countries and regions.

A manufacturer that takes process details seriously
The principle of electric heating is simple: seal a resistance wire into a protective sheath and energize it to generate heat. What truly sets products apart are the less visible steps: the purity and compaction density of magnesium oxide powder, the air-tightness of welds, the dehumidification after sealing, and the consistency of resistance across every batch of elements.
We concentrate our production resources on these processes. The element workshop is equipped with automatic coiling and tube-reduction machines, stably forming diameters from Φ6.5 to Φ20; the welding workshop uses TIG and laser welding for flange tube bundles, with leak tests performed on every unit; after final assembly, each device undergoes pressure, insulation, power and energization tests, with records archived and shipped with the goods.
In terms of customer mix, we serve more equipment manufacturers and engineering companies than end retailers. This means a quote is usually followed by drawings, material requirements and acceptance criteria, and it also means the solution must be implementable and the parameters must withstand verification.

From a small element workshop to a complete-equipment manufacturer, every step has revolved around the same thing.
- 2009
Company founded, starting with tubular heating elements and strip heaters, serving local injection molding and electroplating enterprises.
- 2013
Built the first flanged heater production line, entering the chemical and petrochemical supply chain.
- 2016
Obtained explosion-proof electrical equipment installation and repair qualification; explosion-proof junction boxes produced in-house.
- 2019
Relocated to the current 18,000㎡ site, introducing automatic coiling machines and laser welding equipment.
- 2022
Established the temperature control systems division; complete units and SCR power controllers delivered in volume.
- 2025
Products exported to 32 countries and regions, with overseas projects rising to 30% of business.
Quality
Quality control is not just the final inspection
Heater failures usually surface on site, but their causes are buried in the production stage. That is why we place inspection points in the middle of the process: incoming material checks on material certificates and resistance-wire batches, resistance measurement after coiling, insulation testing after powder filling, leak testing after welding, and pressure and energization tests after final assembly.
Each device gets its own process record card, logging the operator, equipment number, test data and time. For export projects we can ship bilingual (Chinese/English) inspection reports and material certificates with the goods, and cooperate with SGS, BV and similar agencies for third-party inspection when required.
