Product Overview
Electroplating, anodizing, and pre-paint lines often require tank changes, and heaters welded to the wall are hard to remove. The HYO series fixes elements to an L-shaped bracket that hangs on the tank rim; elements immerse vertically with the terminal box above the liquid, so the whole unit lifts out without draining.
Bracket height is adjustable for different tank depths; the element bottom stays at least 50 mm above the tank floor to avoid overheating from sediment coverage. Material follows the bath: titanium or PTFE coating for acidic plating, 304 for alkaline degreasing, and special alloys for fluoride-bearing media.
Power density is kept at 2–3 W/cm² and can be further reduced with bath circulation or agitation. The terminal box is IP65 with acid/alkali-resistant cable jacket; an insulating pad between bracket and tank prevents stray-current corrosion.
Construction Features
- L-bracket hanging mount, no tank-wall penetration required
