Flanged heaters use a standard flange as the mounting and sealing interface, with the element bundle welded to the flange and inserted through the vessel opening. They suit high power, pressurized service and periodic withdrawal for maintenance. Flanges can be built to ANSI, DIN, JIS or custom specifications.
